IRON Solutions, Inc., as\u00a0Chief Financial Officer in 2008 to 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n Led the implementation of NetSuite cloud-based SaaS ERP system, and related platform partner packages for sales tax reporting, e-commerce, financial budgeting\/forecasting and human relations management.<\/p>\n Healthways, Inc., as V.P., Finance in 2006 to 2008<\/strong><\/p>\n Initiated and led the implementation of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation to increase productivity of staff and quality of reporting, forecasting and analytics.<\/p>\n Independent Consultant, 2004 to 2006<\/strong><\/p>\n Developed commercial software and related website which achieved #1 position in its category on Google.<\/p>\n La-Z-Boy, Inc., as\u00a0V.P., Controller, 2002 to 2004<\/strong><\/p>\n Led the implementation of a web-based business intelligence application to provide management with dynamic analytics for sales, global sourcing and operating performance. Created the first corporate-wide sales data warehouse to leverage customer relationships across companies and to identify trends and opportunities by distribution channel and geographic market. Developed the strategic vision, business case and financial justification for a multi-divisional ERP project.<\/p>\n United Dominion Industries, Inc., as\u00a0CIO, Corporate I\/T Center of Excellence, 1998 to 2001<\/strong><\/p>\n As the CIO of one of UDI\u2019s largest operating units, was the primary resource to the Corporate CIO, who only had a staff of two.\u00a0 Implemented J.D.
